14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@lumiloop.se. Returns sent back without first requesting approval will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right without delay.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom & Personalised Items

Items made to special order or personalised cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Personal Care Goods

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we will prioritise your order.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Inspection

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

Processing Time

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
